WALK-IN-INTERVIEW

A Walk-in-Interview for engagement of Teachers on Part-time Contractual basis for the following posts arising due to long leave, transfer, sanctioning of new posts, etc, of regular incumbent, for the session 2008-09, will be conducted on 16th August 2008.

PGT (Commerce)

Two years integrated Post Graduate Course of Regional Institute of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject.

OR

Master's Degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate in Commerce with Accounting / Cost Accounting / Financial Accounting as a Major subject of study. Holder of degrees of M.Com in Applied / Business Economics shall not be eligible.

B.Ed. or equivalent qualification from a recognized University.

Proficiency in teaching through Hindi and English media.

Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Applications.

PGT (Economics)

Two years integrated Post Graduate Course of Regional Institute of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject.

OR

Master's Degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks in Economics/ Applied Economics/ Business Economics

B.Ed. or equivalent qualification from a recognized University.

Proficiency in teaching through Hindi and English media.

Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Applications.

PRT (Primary Teachers)

i)   Senior Secondary School Certificate with 50% marks or Intermediate with 50% marks or its equivalent; and

ii)   Diploma or Certificate in basic teachers’ training of a duration of not less than two years.
OR
iii) Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.).
iv) Proficiency in teaching through Hindi and English media.

Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Applications.

Guidance & Counselor

Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counseling.

Experience of Counseling students of Classes IX to XII in reputed schools will be given preference.

REMUNERATION     The remuneration will be as per KVS norms.

1.    PGT    :    Rs. 90/- per period subject to a maximum of 5 periods in a day.

2.    PRT    :    Rs. 70/- per period subject to a maximum of 5 periods in a day.

3.    Guidance-Counselor    :    Rs. 3000/- (fixed) per month.

GENERAL CONDITIONS  

1.                  Apart from teaching, the teacher will also be responsible for home assignment, evaluation of answer scripts and conduct of examination in the said subject as also such other duties as may be assigned by the Principal. The payment/remuneration indicated above will be inclusive of all the services mentioned hereinbefore. 

2.                  It is abundantly made clear that the assignment is purely of day to day nature and confers no right of appointment or placement in the cadre of teachers. The services will be utilized on the day to day basis depending upon the need and payment therefore will be made accordingly. 

3.                  It is further abundantly made clear that the offer of engagement will automatically come to an end after the purpose for which the offer made, is achieved.

Candidates should bring Xerox copy of one set of all certificates & testimonials and one passport size photograph for submission at the time of interview. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
